What you get
One AI, smartly chosen. You don't pick a model — Aii Cloud picks for you, and routes around outages and rate limits without your conversation noticing. The result is consistently good answers from a single, simple chat. We sweat the model selection so you don't have to.
Streaming responses. Tokens arrive as they're generated. No waiting for a full reply, no 30-second silent pause while a "reasoning model" thinks at you.
A real dashboard. cloud.aiiware.com/dashboard shows your usage, your streak, your remaining quota, and your recent sessions. You can see exactly what you've used, when, and how much is left — no surprise bills because there are no bills.
Sign-in that respects you. OAuth via Google or GitHub. We don't ask for your phone, your address, or your firstborn. Your email is the account; your conversations are yours; you can delete the account from the portal whenever you want.
Designed for keyboard people. The chat opens, you type, you ship. Markdown rendering, code blocks with syntax highlighting, copy-to-clipboard on every block. We're a developer-grade tool that happens to talk to humans.
Why we built this
Most "free AI chat" sites today fall into one of two camps:
- Single-model demos that exist to upsell you to a $20/month subscription.
- Aggregator playgrounds that make you bring your own keys, then charge for the privilege of routing.
We didn't want either. We wanted the thing we'd actually use: one URL, one login, smart routing under the hood, generous free tier, and a clean reading experience.
So that's what we shipped. Aii Cloud v0.1 is live today, free for anyone who wants to try it.
What's next
This is v0.1 — the free web chat tier is the floor, not the ceiling. Coming in the next few weeks:
- CLI integration. Aii CLI already runs in your terminal with your own provider keys. We're adding a
server: cloud.aiiware.commode so you can use Aii Cloud's free quota without any provider keys at all. - VS Code integration. Same story for Aii VSCode — sign in once in the editor, get the same free quota in your
Cmd+Shift+Gworkflow. - Programmatic API keys. A first-class "create / revoke" UI in the portal for anyone who wants to drive Aii Cloud from their own code without a browser session.
- Paid plans. For people who burn through the free quota before lunch. We'll keep the free tier honest.
Each of these unlocks once we're confident the experience is right. We'd rather ship a smaller surface that actually works than a bigger one that mostly does.
